Song of the day: I’ve Got Soul – The Tracks. Okay, that song isn’t there, but True Romance is just as good.
They’re a really bop-along/sing at the top of your voice band, but still they have banjo? and other quite things going just chilling in the background. Not that that really means a lot, but I like it.
The guy has an interesting, kind of Gomez-y rough, growly voice, which I rate.
My trusty Jmag said, “Can you imagine Tom Waits doing Cat Empire? Take a look at the top roots sprowting The Tracks!”. So that’s proof enough for you already!
